Where are your products made?
Paw & Nose Butter, Shampoo Bars & Jerky are handmade by us in Berlin & Brandenburg Germany.
Are your products tested on aniamls?
We test our products on ourselves before trying them on our dogs.
We are also careful to choose ingredients that have been listed as "dog safe" by various dog expert organizations worldwide.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

Is Your Paw Butter Dog Safe?
Yes it is.* Our Paw Butter is made with all natural ingredients that are listed as "dog safe", so if a bit gets licked off it's not a problem.

Is Paw Butter Vegan?
Your Dog Paw & Nose Butter is vegan and made with soy wax.
Dirty Dog & Sleepy Dog are made with Golden Bees Wax.
All other ingredients are derived from plants and 100% meat free.
How Often Should I Use Paw Butter?
It depends on how active your dog is and how damaged their paws are.
For Nusia, we use Paw Butter once a week. She does not take super long walks and her paws are in great condition.
For Alice, we use 2-3 times per week. Alice is walked about 10-15km per day and much of that is in the woods so her paws tend to be rough and dry if not cared for.
So you need to make the best decision for your dog on how often to use Paw Butter, and if you have questions please message us!
How Often Should I use Nose Butter?
If your dog's nose is really dry and chapped then 2-3 times a week until you see results.
For general upkeep once per week should be ok.
We tend to use it more in the cold winter or when it's super hot and dry in the summer. Think of it as chap stick for your dog#s nose!

Are your Shampoo Bars dog safe?

Are your Shampoo Bars Vegan?
Our Sweet Summer Orange Shampoo Bar is Vegan and made with a shea butter soap base.

How often can I feed my dog Jerky?
Our Wild West Jerky is a treat and not meant to replace your dog's normal diet!
As far as how many treats your dog should have per day, that's not something we can tell you. Normally this comes from using your good common sense, and if that is not an options please talk to your Vet.
How should I store my Jerky?
Our Jerky is made with no preservatives so we advise that you keep it in a cool dry place.
