Die Geschichte zur Paw Butter

Paw Butter, the Story.

It was just a little idea...

Two Happy Huskies Paw Butter was created by Eden back in the summer of 2021. She started to notice that the heat and 10km walks were starting to take a toll on Alice’s paws because they were super dry and starting to crack. Like any good mom, she started to Google and ask questions in various husky groups and spoke to her Vet to figure out what to do.

Everything she could find at local pet shops had way too many ingredients, most with names that were unpronounceable and not healthy. There was not much to be found on Etsy DE either(now there is cause Two Happy Huskies is there!), so she simply said "F it" and decided to make some herself.

After lots of research on ingredients and experimenting she finally created a recipe that worked for Alice, and so Paw Butter was born. (curious how this turned into a shop? Read our About Us.)

Eden started to see results with Alice in a few days, and after about 2 weeks her paw were soft and smooth again.**

  • Our Paw Butter is made with shea butter, golden beeswax, olive oil, coconut oil and vitamin E oil, all dog safe* ingredients.
  • If your dog is very active we advise using Paw Butter 3-4 times a week for best results, otherwise 1-2 times per week is great.
  • Warm fingers are best to help soften the beeswax! The beeswax works as a seal to lock in the other ingredients.
  • Gently massage the paw butter on the paw pads until they are completely covered. (depending on your dog's personality, it may be best to have a helper to distract with a toy or a treat while you do this.)

No matter how hard you try to stop it, your dog will lick its paws, and that's ok.

For best results we advise you to let the Paw Butter sit for about 2 minutes.
